Eligible merchandise may be returned or exchanged free of charge. A Returns & Exchanges form and a pre-paid return label are provided in every order. At this time, Aubrylane.com offers UPS or U.S. Postal Service return labels for domestic return addresses only. NOTE: The customer is required to pay shipping on return orders sent from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and outside the United States. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable unless we have made a shipping error. Upon receipt of returned goods, Aubry Lane reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our requirements.
Full-price and sale merchandise in original condition, with all tags attached, can be returned for a full refund or exchanged for the same item within 30 days of the delivery date.
Final-sale merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Outlet-store merchandise can be returned only to outlet stores within 14 days. Outlet merchandise will not be accepted for return in full-price retail stores.
Sample-sale merchandise is final sale.
Worn, altered or washed merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

GIFT RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Merchandise received as a gift that was purchased on Aubrylane.com may be returned for a full refund on the original form of payment within 30 days. You may also exchange merchandise for an Aubry Lane Gift Card within 30 days. A Returns & Exchanges form with instructions is enclosed in your order — simply indicate which method you prefer. If you do not have the form, contact Aubry Lane Customer Care or at 3176446373 between 9 am and 5 pm ET, Monday through Friday.
When you use PayPal to pay for your order, we will refund your order according to our policy, with the following exceptions:
In-store returns cannot be credited to your PayPal account. You will receive your refund on a Aubry Lane Gift Card.
Exchanges are not offered on PayPal orders. Merchandise returned to our warehouse will be processed as a refund to your PayPal account.
SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund at our expense. Aubry Lane will provide a prepaid UPS or U.S. Postal Service shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the U.S. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact Aubry Lane Customer Care online or at 3176446373 between 9 am and 5 pm ET, five days a week.
Aubry Lane customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. Aubry Lane is not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service.
AUBRY LANE GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless the remaining balance is less than $10.
RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A AUBRY LANE GIFT CARD
Our standard return policy applies to any merchandise purchased with an Aubry Lane Gift Card. We will issue a new Gift Card for the amount used on the original purchase and send it to the shipping address on the original order.
If you used a credit card in addition to an Aubry Lane Gift Card to pay for your order, we will credit your card the amount originally charged and issue a new Gift Card in the amount used on the original purchase. In either case, you will receive your new Gift Card within two weeks of processing your return.
Items purchased on Aubrylane.com may be returned to any Aubry Lane pop up store to expedite the return process free of charge within 30 days of delivery. In order to do so, you must bring the receipt provided with your order – no exceptions will be made. Store associates will process your return right away. PayPal returns will be refunded with a Aubry Lane Gift Card. Purchases made at any Aubry Lane stores are not accepted at the Aubrylane.com Returns Center.
